
Join the White Mesa Ute Community for the Spiritual Walk & Protest on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 11am MDT in White Mesa, Utah. This powerful gathering is a call to protect Indigenous sacred lands, health, environment, and community safety from the impacts of uranium milling.
The event begins with a rally at the White Mesa Community Center, followed by a peaceful walk to the nearby White Mesa uranium mill. Community members, allies, and organizations will come together in solidarity to demand environmental justice and tribal sovereignty.
Directions: The community center is located between Bluff and Blanding, Utah, just off Highway 191, behind the gas station. Look for the large building marked “White Mesa Community Center.”
